Self-respect: honoring the temple in which God lives.

Self respect is not PRIDE and/or EGO inflated on ones “self” accomplishments. Respecting self as a temple is a matter of worship…

Self-respect is love in action. God is love…that’s what the Bible says, right?

Self-respect is about KNOWING “who” you are and “whose” you are so deeply that one can’t help but to protect and honor that IDENTITY.

As a child of God, we honor our bodies and minds out of respect and glory FOR Him. Self-respect by biblical standards becomes about being protective over the stewardship of the gift of our bodies.

Our bodies are housing for His Holy in dwelling…our bodies are the agents through which we are able to liveoutloud the gospel. Without the housing of our body in good, running order, how can we effectively serve the kingdom?
