Fitness Goals vary from person to person.

The fitness goals of the Active Older Healthy Adult will vary somewhat from the fitness goals of younger participants. While older adults may continue the same exercises, he/she practiced when younger, as an older adult (and/or physical issues related to the aging process), we may modify the exercises for a better FIT.
